In Senshin, a reset is a one-minute activity you give your attention to – a short pause between what you were doing and what comes next. You might listen to chimes, look for another interpretation of an image, or catch falling balls. Reset is our name for that deliberate pause.

It offers a cue to switch gears, not an automatic change in how you think or feel. A Creative reset doesn't make you creative; instead it tries to trigger that part of your brain to help you get in a creative mindset. You bring the intention, and the experience can vary.

Choose an activity, then give it one minute of your attention. Listen, look, feel, or play along rather than leaving it running in the background. You do not need to perform perfectly or force a feeling. When it finishes, repeat it or move on to whatever comes next.

Yes. Glowing Chimes, Catching Cup, Breathe, Motivation Fireworks, and Perspective Shift come with the app. You do not need a subscription to use these five resets. Senshin+ is optional.

Senshin+ is an optional monthly subscription that gives you access to all resets, including the expanding collection. The US price is $4.99 per month; check the App Store for your regional price. We plan to add resets every month, with the number varying from month to month.

Try one between classes, while waiting for coffee, after a meeting, during a break between appointments, or before a creative session. Choose a moment when you have a minute to give the activity your attention.

Headphones are recommended for sound-based resets such as Glowing Chimes. Other resets center on visuals or interaction. Choose an activity that fits where you are and follow its instructions.

Senshin is designed exclusively for iPhone; there is no Android version. The supported languages are English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese.
